    Chris Park / Haviland Lake Trail System includes a series of interconnected trails that meander through the Haviland and Chris Park area. The trails are good for hiking and horseback riding in the summer and XC skiing and snowshoeing in the winters. Included in the trail system are:

    Directions:

    From Durango, CO: Travel 18 miles north of Durango on Highway 550. Turn right (east) on Haviland Lake Road, FR 671.
